For many customers which are unfamiliar with our company,let me make brief introduction of our company to you.

1.Air-shower:

Our workshop is under dust-free environment,No matter who, before entering the workshop need to go through the air shower, which is to ensure production safety and production quality.

2.Tube drawing and injection dept.

This is the first step of making tubes,and it's not also the cornerstone of making tubes,but also the key to make the tubes.

3.offset-printing dept. and silk printing dept.

Many people are not very clear about the difference between offset printing and screen printing, here I also give you a simple explanation.In fact, they are both good printing methods, but there are some differences.

Choose offset printing will be more cost-effective, and can print 6 colors at a time, but because of the impact of printing process, it is best to print on the tube with white or transparent background color.

Choose screen printing will be more expensive. It can only print 5 colors at one time at most. No matter what the background color of the tube can be printed clearly, and the printing part will feel concave and convex with your hand.

4.Processing dept.

This department has many responsibilities, such as punching, stamping, capping and labeling.

5.Inspection dept.

This department is equivalent to the logistics department of all departments, but it is an important department of our quality assurance, in order to ensure that every customer can be satisfied with our products, we will strictly monitor the quality.
