When the color reference for cosmetic tube came late

Here I would like to share I encountered in the work of a late express.A customer sent us some tube samples for printing color reference of their new cosmetic tube order. Before sending, our customers told us due to current destruction of shipping service between China and Japan, they were trying to send the sample tubes to us from Australia( they have an office in Australia).Some days later, the Australia office got the samples from Japan and told me that the sample had been dispatched from Australia. There was no direct flight from Australia to China available at that moment, the samples were sent via Canada, it may take a while but there was no other choice.

This parcel was sent out from Australia on March 11th, and then we found that it had arrived in Guangzhou and was waiting for customs clearance on March 15th, but no more update after that. I made many phone calls and heard various explanations from the express customer service staff. Such as: Affected by the epidemic, the road near our company is blocked, so the delivery cannot be timely; they need to arrange the delivery of students books priority, so other express delivery has been delayed… So I had to wait for a while longer, but I still did not get this parcel after a long time of waiting. I couldn’t held to make a complaint call to them and explain that we need them urgently, they provided me with a contact number of the delivery point, I called and the staff there said they did not see this parcel, also asked me for the contact number left on this parcel.I gave him my number, but he still couldn’t find it. He said he would check the monitoring to see where this parcel was.Luckily they found it at last.
